Falls Church City is our target site for our cohousing condos. Why did we choose this site?
- Parking is convenient and ample. It’s as close as you can get to downtown without the parking nightmares — but who needs it when you live in a walkable city!
- Fully accessible and guest friendly
- “Green” and sustainable building envelope & materials
- A few city (short) blocks to the Farmers’ Market, library, community center & parks
- walking distance to East or West Falls Church Metro Stations
(15 min Metro ride to downtown Washington, DC) - WMATA inter-city bus stops near by (within 2 blocks).
- GEORGE city bus circulator bus stops (within 2 blocks).
- 3 miles from Tysons Corner & Galleria regional shopping malls
- “Inside the Beltway” … for those new to DC it means less traffic problems, because you can get around without ever hitting rush hour traffic patterns.
